    Aerial yoga or flying yoga is a subtle blend of yoga, circus arts and fitness, combining dynamism and relaxation. It works on balance, sculpts and softens. It brings a very pleasant aerial dimension. From stretching to muscle building, including inversions, aerial tricks and relaxation, aerial yoga is a winning combo!

    Pilates is an ideal activity for pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy. You can continue your sessions in a standard beginner course, by notifying me or prefer a special prenatal course which takes place on Saturday morning at the studio.
